HOW DO I JOIN?

You can join the chorus by calling Director Bob Gaudette at (603)898-5002, or just show up on a Wednesday night at 7:00.
We rehearse at Holy Family Parish Church, located on 30 Grafton St. in the South Lowell section of Lowell, MA.

DO I HAVE TO BE FRENCH?

No, your ethnic background is of no consequence.

We welcome all men, as long as you can sing and carry a tune.

DO I HAVE TO SPEAK FRENCH?

No, most of our songs are in English. You will pick up the French and Latin hymns and songs we do sing from the other men in your singing part. Really!

DO I HAVE TO READ MUSIC?

No, many of our members don't. All you need is an ability and desire to sing and a commitment to attend rehearsals and singing functions.

WILL IT COST ME A LOT OF MONEY?

No, there are no dues to belong. Besides that, the group will provide each member with a jacket, slacks and ties.

WILL IT REQUIRE A LOT OF MY TIME?

We rehearse for 2 hours or so on Wednesday night. We also take the summer off.

AM I TOO OLD OR TOO YOUNG?

Our members are in age from the early forties to mid seventy year old range. Our group has some father and son and son in-law members. Join, and do the same!

WILL I HAVE TO SING SOLOS?

Only if you want to.

HOW MUCH TRAVEL IS INVOLVED?

The area which is considered local for our group is from the general area of Salem, NH and Lowell, MA. Of course you have to drive from your home to rehearsal at Holy Family Parish Church in the South Lowell area of Lowell, MA for rehearsals. Most of our performances are within 10 miles of where you live, and others are at most 20 to 25 miles away. We often charter a bus for any long trips, for everyone's convenience.

CAN A NEW MEMBER FIT RIGHT IN?

Absolutely! We consist of several age groups, with varied careers, and you'll soon get picked on just as badly as the 40-year members do! You can get as involved as you'ld like, as an officer or committee member, or you can just show up and sing.
